What material are the bags made from?
All bags are crocheted from recycled T-shirt yarn, giving them a soft texture and long-lasting structure.
Are the colors exactly as shown in the pictures?
I do my best to show each color accurately, but slight variations may occur due to different lighting or screen settings
What's the difference between 'ready to ship' and 'custom made'?
Ready-to-ship bags are already made and ship within 2-3 days.
Custom-made bags are handmade after your order. You choose the colors, size, and design
How to Take Care of Your Item
Treat your item with love. Gently clean it using warm water and soap . Avoid the washing machine, as it can damage the material.
Shipping and Delivery
Ready-to-ship crochet bags will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase.
Custom Order bags are handmade individually and will be shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted , as each item is handmade with lots of love. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
