Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

I’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that custom-made items (for example, “Custom-Made” bags or any individually made-to-order designs where you select color, size, or material) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These items are created especially for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal according to §312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for ready-to-ship items (non-custom products) if they are returned unused and in their original condition.

Custom-made items cannot be exchanged.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For ready-made (non-custom) products, customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

To start a return, please contact me via email at a.crochet.bag@outlook.de within this period.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
